The coal being mined in coal mining usually contains some impurities, and the separation efficiency of the coal from the impurities can be improved by adding flotation agents. The fine coal is flotation out and the tail coal settles. The fine coal in the tailings is then recovered by settling, filtration or centrifugation. Polyacrylamide is applied in the settling process, thus promoting solid-liquid separation. It is then sent to the thickener, and the clear water is recovered and recycled by the overflow of the thickener. The pulverized fine coal is recovered by filtration and centrifugation. Polyacrylamide is added again during the filtration and centrifugation process to improve the separation efficiency. For the needs of users in this area we have produced a special flocculant for coal washing, which has a better effect on different coal mines and also greatly reduces the dosage of dosing.
